Survivor Mentor - North of Boston

We seek to hire a new Survivor Mentor to support young people in the communities north of Boston. We are currently expanding our capacity to serve more Spanish speaking and bilingual youth in Essex County, with a particular emphasis on Lawrence and Lynn. A Survivor Mentor at My Life My Choice is someone who identifies as a survivor of the commercial sex industry and will provide long-term, consistent support to young victims of commercial sexual exploitation.

While our main office is located in Boston, as a Survivor Mentor you will travel to meet one-on-one with mentees in their communities. You will work with other survivors and clinicians on the My Life My Choice Survivor Empowerment team to support a caseload of mentees in helping them find safety, healing, and hope. This position receives supervision from a Clinical Supervisor and ongoing support from a team of fellow Survivor Leaders.
